Overview
The PRECISEU Open Call is a European funding opportunity designed to support collaborative interregional innovation projects in personalised medicine. The programme aims to strengthen healthcare innovation ecosystems by enabling organisations across Europe to jointly develop, validate and scale advanced healthcare solutions with strong commercial and societal impact.
The funding supports Joint Interregional Projects (JIPs) that demonstrate clear European added value and a credible pathway towards implementation and adoption. The programme is focused on accelerating innovation activities that improve accessibility, affordability and uptake of personalised healthcare solutions across participating regions.
Projects funded under PRECISEU are expected to operate at Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) 6 to 8, meaning innovations should already have passed earlier research stages and be approaching real-world deployment and commercialisation.
Scope of the Programme
The PRECISEU Open Call supports Innovation Action-style projects focused on experimental development activities.

Health Data for Personalised Medicine
Projects can focus on data-driven healthcare innovation, including digital health platforms, diagnostics, AI-supported clinical tools, patient stratification systems or data integration solutions that support personalised care pathways.

Applications must be submitted by international consortia only.
