Privacy policy

When you provide your name and email address on our webforms, you’re agreeing to us contacting you about the information you requested.  And that’s all we’ll do at that stage!

If we start working with you, we will store information such as your name, job title, contact details and company information on our GDPR compliant database hosted by an external specialist company. You can ask to see this information or have it changed or deleted at any time email (info@inventya.com) or phone +44 (0) 1925 506 100.

If you tick the box on one of our forms (web-based or print) to be added to our newsletter, your name and email address will be added to our newsletter mailing list. You will be able to unsubscribe from this at any time, and your details will be deleted from the system. We’ll never pass your information on to anyone else.



Data Security

Our customer relationship database is hosted by an external specialist company with its own data security team. Access to this database via our employees is restricted to ensure data safety.

Our email newsletter database is hosted on Zoho, a fully GDPR compliant professional platform. You can read more about how Zoho keeps your data secure here: https://www.zoho.com/gdpr.html

At any time, you can ask us to let you know what data we hold on you and to have it deleted or altered. You can do this by contacting us by email (info@inventya.com) or phone +44 (0) 1925 506 100.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that may be placed on your PC or mobile device when you visit a website. In this way, the website recognises your computer each time you visit the website. This can make website services more personalised and efficient, and it provides the website information about how you are using it. The platform we use for sending out our email newsletter, Zoho, uses some essential and performance cookies when you open and interact with emails it sends on our behalf. It may also use cookies when you visit a landing page that we have linked to one of our emails. Zoho uses information gained from using these cookies to provide us with reports about how subscribers interact with the email it sent for us. We welcome your feedback on any aspect of our service. If we fall short of your expectations in any way then please let us know by letter, phone or email using the contact details shown in the CONTACT section at the bottom of this page.  We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and will fully investigate your concerns. You should receive a written response within 20 working days wherever possible, and if not, we will provide you with a revised date for a response.
