Overview of the Programme
Innovate UK is investing up to £13 million through the AgriScale programme to support the advancement and scale-up of agri-tech innovations in the UK.
The programme is delivered through two complementary strands: Industrial Research and Experimental Development. Together, they aim to help agri-tech businesses move from late-stage product development through to manufacturing readiness and commercial deployment.
The focus is on addressing the technical, operational and manufacturing barriers that prevent promising agri-tech solutions from reaching the market. Projects should improve product performance and reliability while strengthening supply chains and enabling scalable production.
