Ivelina is the newest team member of the R&D tax credit department. Her background is within the aviation industry having graduated from the University of Birmingham with BA (Hons) Aviation and Airport Management.
She recently completed her MSc Safety and Human Factors in Aviation at Cranfield University. Ivelina has always had a passion for aircraft, especially the interaction between the human and the machine. At Cranfield University she had the chance to work on the research and development side of various innovation projects.
Moreover, in the last year, I have developed an interest for team functioning and I based my MSc individual final project on team training. On the same line, I believe, science and innovation both go hand in hand to help us improve our lives and keep the development growing.
I am eager to continuously improve my skills and knowledge but also help others to do so. Therefore, I like the R&D Tax Credit Consultant position as it involves areas of my interest and it allows me to make an impact towards a bigger change. At the same time, I get to learn about new projects with different client and no day is the same.
