i2m Lite is a reduced, online version of i2m that is targeted at people and organisations who require a simpler and faster feasibility study or would like to carry out a preliminary feasibility of their ideas. It contains key exercises based upon the i2m model, but is far less comprehensive. This means it is quicker to complete, but will provide users with less detailed and accurate information.
i2m Lite covers the key areas someone with a new business idea would need to address before deciding if this was an idea they felt that could be commercialised. An interactive exercise covers each of the following areas:
